If you would like one of my invention’s please contact me. This is a one round workout of me using my invention in my bathroom. Now you can workout anywhere, even a bathroom. My invention will hang from any over head object, wood, steel, plastic, and any kind of ceiling and it will adjust to any height with ease. This is just a light workout. I had an introduction with my own music but youtube added the music here and my intro got cut. This is my forth round. Haunted Cave: Ocean Beach Sutro Bath

The Sutro Baths have quite a history behind them, as well as the tunnel that lies directly to the right of the old sunken building. It has been said that many people have been sacrificed at the end of this tunnel, and if you go at night fall and light a candle at the end of the tunnel someone will come and pick it up and throw it into the water that rushes up just beyond the rocks.
