    Good question. Thanks

Huntingwolf, I sell these punching targets on eBay for 6 bucks and they come with everything you need to hang it from anything. The eBay link is next to the vid. to the upper right. I have a US Patent for it that I got 2 years ago. I know it doesnt look like much but it works, especially if you like practicing your punch combinations at home.
I had Seals CRAZY for background music but Copyright caught me and put this on.
Contact me and Ill send you one for free.

If Im fighting you Im thinking of two targets on your body I want to hit, the solar-plexus and the chin. With this device it enables a fighter to practice hitting a target as big as a chin anywhere, And everyone knows that practice practice practice is the only way to be the best. So anyone who practicess hitting a target as big as the chin is going to have an advantage over someone who doesnt. Simple mathematics. Plan and simple.

Hey Joe, thanks for sending me this video link. That’s a good little idea. I used to always punch the chain switches that would hang from my grandma’s ceiling fan, trying to use it sort of like a double end bag or something. I may look into purchasing one of these.

    Thanks, that means a lot.
And I like your stuff, you have a good style.
I’m a carpenter in the union and I’ve been laid off for the last 3 weeks so I’ve got the time to get in shape and I’ve been wanting to give lessons for the longest time, and the internet has been great. I figure I’ll kill 2 birds with one stone, teach and get in shape. I just hope I can get fighters here. If you have any ideas please let me know. I posted an intro with my boxing history.
